3. Account Registration

To use TaskAlert Pro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for ensuring your device has internet connectivity for notifications to work
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• You agree not to create multiple accounts to abuse the service

5. Notification Delivery

TaskAlert Pro is a reminder tool and should not be your only method of tracking critical business deadlines. We recommend maintaining independent records of important dates.

6. Intellectual Property

TaskAlert Pro and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TaskAlert Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any missed notifications or missed deadlines
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

8. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time:

• By you: Request account deletion via our Contact page. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
